Please note we only book the yurts out for short breaks on either a weekend (Fri-Mon), mid-week (Mon-Fri) or full week, (Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri) basis.
We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remainder payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. All bookings are subject to terms and conditions and can be viewed either on our home page or during the booking process.
In all cases we ask for a £100 security/damage deposit prior to commencement of each holiday. This WILL NOT be debited from your account but you will be asked to authorise this amount and will be HELD ON CARD. Click here for full terms and conditions.
Booking Refund Protection insurance is now available to add onto your holiday at the time of booking. We recommend you include this option in order to get a full refund of the purchase price should you or anyone in the party be unable to attend due to:
– Injury or Illness happening to you, or a member of your immediate family.
– Adverse weather including snow, frost, fog or storm where the Police or Government have issued travel warnings.
– The mechanical breakdown, accident, fire or theft en route of a private vehicle taking you to the booked holiday. Full terms and conditions are available to read in the booking process.
