Best known for its dramatic gritstone edges, wild heather moorlands, mile upon mile of limestone walls, rivers, dales and hills the Peak District National Park is one of Britain’s best-loved landscapes.
Breathtaking scenery, hundreds of miles of footpaths and fresh country air makes Britain’s first National Park one of our country’s gems. Whether its exploring the countryside, enjoying any number of outdoor activities, ambling around one of its many country mansions or simply just getting away from it all, the Peak District won’t disappoint. This is what the Peak District is renowned for! And much more!
The site itself is a hidden gem, a warm, friendly, family run campsite in the heart of the tranquil and picturesque landscape of the Peak District National Park. A small peaceful site surrounded by over a hundred acres of farmland and well away from any main roads or traffic.
